Our client is a Managed IT and Cloud Service Provider. They serve the Enterprise and Education industries in their digitization journey. They provide a comprehensive spread of ICT products, services and solutions that powers their customers’ business. They are looking for proactive and dynamic personnel to join our growing Corporate Sales Team.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- PRIMARY activities are closing of sales through telephone correspondences.
- Promoting upselling company’s products to customers.
- Responsible to meet individual sales quota and conduct tele-sales activities to achieve sales target set by the company.
- Develop creative sales pitches and propositions based on promotions and product updates.
- Identify opportunities and proactively follow up on leads
- Manage the customer database to ensure targeted marketing activity to generate new business
- Assist to follow-up on escalated complaints from customers to sales support team
Their Requirement from You
- Preferred qualifications ‘O’ Levels / Diploma / Professional Certificates
- At least 1-2 year of related sales working experience
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Strong sales, negotiation influencing techniques
- Sales-driven and proactive
- Enthusiastic, Sociable, Determined, Reliable Team worker
