Job Highlights:

• Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Work Location: North East area
• Remuneration: Basic salary + commission + Variable Bonus
• Salary will be commensurate with experience and ability to perform

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general sales support
• Understanding customer’s business, technology needs, identify influencers and decision makers within the organization and develops client-oriented engagement strategies.
• Become a solution partner and trusted advisor to the client
• Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for internal product and services team to manage customer expectations and deliverables
• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress update towards sales goals
• Collaborate with Marketing team on lead generated campaigns and efforts
• Initiate and develop sales leads and turning them into sales opportunities
• Develop strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives
• Preparation of proposals, quotations, scope of work, RFPs, and bids if necessary
• Take ownership of Sales Cycle
• Maintain customer relationship and identify new opportunities with regular calls/visits and tech business reviews

Job Requirements:

• Minimal O level, or professional certificate in any field
• Preferably with working experience in IT solutions
• An experienced, service-oriented professional
• Ability to work under pressure and meticulous
• Good organizational skills and adaptability to changing situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good listener and willing to learn attitude
• Decision making techniques
• Build good rapport with customers through a phone call or during the first meeting
• Ability to make complex ideas understandable
• Sales experience is preferred but not necessary
• Sales in technology solutions preferred but not necessary
• Training will be provided
• IT knowledge is preferred but not necessary
