Our client is a Managed IT and Cloud Service Provider. They serve the Enterprise and Education industries in their digitization journey. They provide a comprehensive spread of ICT products, services and solutions that powers their customers’ business. They are looking for proactive and dynamic personnel to join our growing Corporate Sales Team.

 Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide general sales support (analysis, data review, and product demonstration if necessary).
  • Understanding customer’s business, technology needs, identify influencers and decision makers within the organization and develops client-oriented engagement strategies.
  • Become a solution partner and trusted advisor to the client.
  • Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for internal product and services team to manage customer expectations and deliverables.
  • Prepare periodic forecasts and progress update towards sales goals.
  • Initiate and develop sales leads (cold calling, prospecting, marketing generated) and turning them into sales opportunities.
  • Develop strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives.
  • Preparation of proposals, quotations, scope of work, RFPs, and bids if necessary.
  • Take ownership of Sales Cycle, from pre-sales, POC, proposal, pricing, presentation, and closure
  • Maintain customer relationship and identify new opportunities with regular calls/visits and tech business reviews.

Their Requirement from You                                                                                                                   

  • Minimal Diploma / Degree holder
  • At least 1 year of related working experience in IT solutions
  • Knowledge of ICT product in IT industry would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates who have keen interest may apply
  • Strong sales, negotiation influencing techniques
  • Sales-driven and proactive
