[1 Year] End Users Support Engineer (L2/L3) @ Harbourfront

Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalations from L1 user support
  • Provide quality support and develop strong working relationship with End Users
  • Provide Service Desk support incudes installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting
  • Deployment of hardware and software including physical setup
  • Plan and provide End Users systems training
  • Enforce policies, procedures and standards within the team
  • Assist in managing planned/ad-hoc projects
  • Support based on ITIL standards
  • Manage IT assets, software licenses, maintenance and inventory list in country
  • Manage transfer of ownership of assets
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the servers at customer office and Malaysia
  • File server backup
  • Report generation and mass rollouts using Lansweeper
  • O365 User and Exchange management on-Prem AD and AAD management
  • Incumbent specification
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology /Computer Science from recognized institutes. Professional certificates will be an advantage
  • Experience in Network and System Infrastructure or similar role for about 3 to 4 years
  • Progressive experience in Service Desk, Field Support, Network and System Administration
  • Experience in scope, timeline and cost management
  • Experience in business requirement gathering and analysis
  • Experience in IT vendor management, procurement and IT asset management
